September 29, 2023 - As the project team and Dallas Water Utilities (DWU) continue to make improvements to the Jim Miller Pump Station, the far-right lane on Jim Miller Road will be closed starting Monday, October 2, and will remain closed until December 2023. Please refer to the traffic plan below for more information.

The far-right lane closure on Jim Miller Road is necessary to ensure public safety while construction activity is taking place in the area. During this time, construction crews will replace valves that will help DWU continue delivering safe and reliable water service to customers.

In addition to the lane closure, the sidewalk may also be closed for enhanced pedestrian safety. The construction crews may also need to work extended evening hours to complete this construction activity during the Oct. 2 – Dec. 2023 timeframe. Stay up to date on the Jim Miller Pump Station improvements and road closures by regularly visiting our project website or following our social media platforms.

DWU customers will not experience any interruption to their water services related to this construction activity.
